Emeka Okafor added 16 points and 15 rebounds in another balanced effort for the fourth-year Bobcats, who matched a team record with their fourth straight win and sent the Hawks to another damaging loss as they fight for the final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference.
Joe Johnson scored 20 points and Al Horford added 18 points and 11 rebounds for Atlanta, which had an opportunity to win three games in two days against two of the worst teams in the East.
Instead, the Hawks enter Saturday's replay against Miami as the latest victim of the Bobcats, who have thrived since changing their lineup and focusing on young players following 12 losses in 13 games.
Felton, entrenched at point guard after shifting between both guard spots before Jeff McInnis was waived last week, hit 8 of 13 shots and directed a crisp offense that surpassed 100 points for the fifth straight game.
Carroll, buried on the bench early in the season, made 5-of-6 3-pointers in another start in place of Gerald Wallace (concussion).
Rookie Jared Dudley, getting more playing time in the win streak, had 13 points and eight rebounds. It allowed Jason Richardson, coming off a 42-point game against Golden State, to have a quiet 13-point night. Full story
Lakers 119, Clippers 82
LOS ANGELES -- Derek Fisher scored 17 points, Kobe Bryant had 16 and the Los Angeles Lakers went on a 3-point shooting spree in the second half of a rout of the Clippers.
The Pacific Division-leading Lakers went 12-of-17 from 3-point range in the second half after making just two of six from beyond the arc in the first two quarters.
Fisher finished 3-for-4 from behind the line, Bryant went 2-for-3, Jordan Farmar and Coby Karl each went 2-for-2, and Vladimir Radmanovic and Sasha Vujacic 2-for-4.
The Lakers' 61 percent from 3-point range was better than their overall shooting percentage -- 54 percent.
Wizards 110, Raptors 106 (OT)
TORONTO -- Antawn Jamison had 25 points and 16 rebounds to lead the Washington Wizards to a overtime victory over the Toronto Raptors.
Roger Mason added 18 points for the Wizards, who had six players score in double figures. Washington has won five of seven despite missing Gilbert Arenas and Caron Butler.
Jamison scored six of the Wizards' last eight points in overtime.
Andrea Bargnani had 27 points for the Raptors, whose star forward Chris Bosh missed his fourth straight game with a sore right knee.
76ers 117, SuperSonics 83
PHILADELPHIA -- Samuel Dalembert had 22 points and 13 rebounds to lead the Philadelphia 76ers to their eighth straight home victory, over the Seattle SuperSonics.
Andre Iguodala and Thaddeus Young added 18 points apiece for Philadelphia, which has won three straight overall and 11 of its last 14 games to move into seventh place in the Eastern Conference.
Chris Wilcox scored 20 points and Kevin Durant scored 10 of his 14 points in the first quarter for the SuperSonics, playing the fourth game of a seven-game road trip.
Philadelphia returned home after winning the final two games of a three-game West Coast road trip, including a 119-114 win at Phoenix that perhaps made the Sixers fans believe a bit more a playoff push was possible. The Sixers entered 28th out of 30 teams in attendance, averaging 13,113 fans in 30 home games, though most games no more than about 6,000 or so show up.
